Please provide a cost estimate for the following project:
Basic Project: Replace or repair electrical fixtures; a one-story, single-family residence in Kailua, Oahu. The house has 8-foot ceilings.
Project Elements:
1. Install 13 GFCIs in existing outlets (7 inside the house, 5 in the backyard area, and 1 in the garage).
2. Install a new outlet in the garage;
3. Install a new outlet in the kitchen/dining room area.
4. Install Hunter (Rapidan) ceiling fan in master bedroom; remove old fan.
5. Repair or replace two ceiling lighting fixtures (Allen & Roth LED fixtures) in the kitchen. One is not functioning; the other flickers.
6. Replace doorbell.
Owner to supply ceiling fan, doorbell. Contractor to supply all needed tools and equipment, GFCI fixtures, and new electrical outlets.
