This is an affordable housing, new home build 1300 sq foot 2 bath home on a land bank lot. We have specifically designed all plumbing to be in very close proximity in order to keep plumbing costs down. We are still determining if this will be on a slab or basement, please price both options, as soon as possible. I am looking to have 2 heating/cooling roof units replaced. One is a 12.5-ton Trane unit. The other is a 5-ton unit.
