New Home Build
The only issue we have is that we have to sell the home we own now. With the sale of our home, we can pay off debt. We want to go into our retirement years with very little debt. And we're looking to build in Keystone Heights, FL. And we would like a half-acre on flat ground. Some oak trees are on the property, but no pine trees at all. If the land has septic, we'll have electric, and that would be good as long as the septic, and well, no, they are new. And we want 2 large bedrooms and two large bathrooms with walk-in shower's in both. Front and back porches. Screened in the back porch. And we are older so we would like the lawn put down.
