Roof Leak Repair
My home was built in 2020. I had solar installed a year or so later, but soon after that we had a roof leak so under warranty our home builder patched the roof. Fast forward 2 years and now it’s leaking in a different spot. We had the home builder come out but they stated the warranty is void because of the solar panels. So I just need to get some prices to see how much it will cost.
