House Addition
Two-story brick addition to the current brick house. Only be about 10x10. One window on each level. One man door on the second floor. One double door on the bottom floor. The bottom level would be unfinished with just electricity. Would expect to use the bottom floor for a place to pull in a riding lawn mower. The upper floor is an addition to a laundry room. It would be finished and have cabinets. The washer and dryer stay where they are, so no plumbing or drain. Just overhead light.
The picture shows the laundry room to be expanded. The plan is to remove the door and be able to walk into the 10x10 addition.
The other pictures show a rotten deck that is where I would like to put the addition.
