Basement Remodel
Fully unfinished basement, plumbed for a half bath, and want to add a shower, add 2 bedrooms, and add an office space.
Also looking to take out two walls upstairs, one for a banister around the stairs and the other to expand a bedroom (that one is load-bearing), and also expand another wall about 5-6 ft to bring the upstairs bathroom accessible to the bedroom and hallway.
I do have a 3D print of a potential project with exact measurements to help.
