Wood Patio Rebuild
Lots of wood rot due to ocean exposure and morning dew. The last bid included a complete rebuild. Wood is requested rather than TimberTech. The glass wind wall (the glass is not tempered nor is it the correct strength) is not up to code, so we need a topper for each glass panel for strength and safety. Must see to appreciate.
