I need replacement or repair on the main dwelling of a flat 1985 mobile home that I have purchased asap. The screened porch area doesn’t need replacing. I also need an outside electrical panel replacement and a power source installed for a mini split unit on the back screened porch area. I have pictures of the roof but I have tried to attach them several times without success.
