Remodel
I have a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1015 square feet apartment in Lake Forest, and it’s in basic original condition. I want to remodel it with the following:
Replace the carpet floors in the whole place with laminate flooring throughout the house. Remodel the 2 bathrooms with new vanities and new sinks, and the kitchen with granite countertops, a new double sink, and tiles in the floors of both the kitchen and bathrooms, replace the 2 bathtubs with stand-up showers, and bathroom toilets with newer ones. Replace the windows with double-pane windows, and replace the window shutters in the whole place. Replace some electrical outlets, light fixtures, and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the dining area.
