Pool Installation
Community pool in the 16 x 35 size range. Salt water is preferred. It can be fiberglass or cement if it stays within budget. This is a resident-owned 55+ community. I've been told this would qualify under commercial, but I don't know the requirements. We currently have a shuffleboard court where the pool would be located. We will remove that. There is a shower room already in place. There is a pond that was man-made in close proximity to an area for a pool that might alter plans. Not sure how close we can put a pool in regards to a pond. Everything would have to be approved by the board of directors in our March meeting. Trying to get quotes by the March 4th meeting. If interested, please contact me. Thaks!
