Slabs For Two Modular Home Builds
2 modular homes, 1000 sq ft, 3 bed, 2 bath. Just need slab for now and then in 4-5 months we deliver 80% prefab home kit for steel frame modular homes to be taken off truckload by crane and placed and bolted by anchors to the slab. Should take 2-3 weeks for a small team of 4-5 guys to complete the shell and then just add finishes that we provide (floors, cabinets, lighting, counters, sinks, toilets, vanities, etc). Project budget is $30-50k per home if that is possible. Please let me know if you can provide estimate at all, and if so we have 3 other contractors bidding today but hopefully will select one to work with early next week to start work on slab.
