Multi-Residential Work
The small 3/4 master bathroom's shower pan failed, so I have to remove and replace the shower stall. I've already had (minimal) water damage remediated—the linoleum has been removed, and all wood above and below the floorboards and joists has been cleaned and dried. I'd like to replace the stall with a triangular one (if possible), which might require moving the drain location and positioning some piping in the crawl space beneath (and might also involve moving an HVAC vent). I'd also like to remove the Jack and Jill door to a second bedroom. These two changes should permit the replacement of the existing vanity with one that, if not larger, at least has more real estate.
