Replace 7 ceiling fans (provided by us) and move one over to center room.
Install digital thermostats
Knock out three walls
Add an egress window in the basement
Add cement pad in backyard
Build wall and extend another wall to create bedroom and closet.
Remove wood-burning fireplace insert and install gas fireplace; we already have an insert.
Add wood trim to two doorways
