Fence Replacement
Change the fence and move it to a new lot line. The new property line must be officially recorded prior to the commencement of any work. The new fence line must be built on the newly recorded property line. The fence must be done in the same style of Decorative Privacy Fencing that exists currently (5’ 2”x4” Cedar rails and 1’ lattice with a 2”x4” top rail). The fence on a residential property shall comply with height limits (6’ height). The relocated fence shall be outside of any public utility easements. Mine is lot 218.
