Wood Trim into PVC Trim Replacement
The project site is St. Philip's Episcopal Church, an historic building. The existing trim work is wood and bee borers are destroying the wood work. Worried that they may begin to damage the roof rafters. Looking to have all the wood trim, facia, and soffits removed and replaced with PVC trim material. Also, see if there is any damage to the rafters. The trim must match the existing in style and color.
