Garage remodel
I have a detached garage that is approximately 75' behind my home, which is on a 0.25 acre lot. The garage is outfitted with an apartment on the second floor. The garage is probably a 1.5 car garage in width. I'm interested in renovating to redesign the living space. The ground floor (garage portion) is currently garage space. I'd like to turn that into living space, as well.
