Front Porch Enclosure
What we want to do is enclose an existing front porch, including creating a new entryway. So we're thinking of adding a new 'half' front wall (with glass in the other half) & an entry door, plus possibly redoing the existing stairs leading up to that new door & adding handrails. The other existing walls, ceiling, and floor should be OK without needing to be replaced. The total size of the existing porch is approximately 24'6" x 6'2".
