Living room wall with termite damage (needs 3 large casements windows pulled out, framing repaired, sheet rock, painting, ceiling paint, add 2 light fixtures. Basement Convert 1/2 bath toilet and vanity to include a full shower- no bathtub, install, drain line, electrical, sheetrock, painting, install flooring for bathroom and basement area. We will purchase the flooring. Open/remove the sheetrock walls on both sides of my stairwell to open up the stairs. open the door jam next to stairs (removing the current door molding,) Cap the support poles and one other pole in the room.
