The apartment is currently vacant. At this time we are aware it requires rewiring.
Please see the list below. You can let us know if anything else needs to be done
Once your rep comes out for an estimate.
- Run 5 circuits through the home to replace the one circuit that is currently powering the entire unit.
- 2 GFCI circuits to the Kitchen countertop
- 1 GFCI circuit to the Bathroom
- 1 Lighting circuit
- 1 general receptacle throughout the occupancy.
These circuits will be wired through to the main breaker panel.
- Replacement of switches and receptacles are required
- Ceiling fixtures will be installed, which will be provided by the customer at the time of install. Common area lighting will be rewired to operate by both units upon completion.
