Architectural Drafting Plans Work
We are looking for a draftsperson to prepare the necessary plans for converting our 3-car detached garage into a 500 sq. ft. ADU in Lincoln, CA.
We already have a plot map drawn with measurements, interior dimensions, and the proposed layout for the new ADU. Our goal is to have finalized plans that we can submit for permits.
Could you provide an estimate for drafting the plans, including any additional details or requirements that may need to be addressed for the permitting process? Additionally, please let us know your typical turnaround time and any information you may need from us to proceed.
