Re do my deck
I would to address 1/2 of the deck first which includes removing and replacing some joists and also trex boards and adding 2 support beams with sonar tubes.
The trex boards are not gapped and water is staying on the deck for a long time unless it’s 90 degrees out. It also freezes in the winter and is a sheet of ice.
