Blueprints
I am in a time-sensitive situation, and I need a quote asap. My husband and I have an apartment waiting for us in Lock Haven. Because my husband is disabled and in a wheelchair, there is no way he can enter the building as it is now. The VA will not put a ramp in for him because the existing entrance is shared. I need someone to look at the situation to see if there is a solution. The owner will not give us the final go-ahead until he sees some blueprints. We were planning to move by the end of September.
