I am looking for a licensed and insured general contractor in Florida to assist with a small industrial project. The plans are complete, and permits are in the final stages of approval.
Install fire sprinkler and alarm systems.
Build a 2-hour fire-rated wall.
Create a 30" roof opening for an incinerator stack, then patch and seal.
Connect propane lines to the incinerator.
Perform HVAC modifications and electrical lighting installations.
Requirements
Florida-licensed contractor with industrial project experience.
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and comply with local codes.
