Reroofing 15 condos (6. sections of duplex or tri plex)
I am the VP of the HOA. Here at Summerlin Condos. We have 15 units that need re roofed due to poor shingles. The units are in groups of 3 and 2.If you are interested in offering a bid please give me a call. All units are single level except for 2 they have an upstairs bedroom over the dining area or the garage. You would probably need to see it to give a bid
