I've received a notice from the City of Long Beach that the property falls into the category of Soft, Weak, or Open-front (SWOF) wall line. However, even though I had two earthquake upgrades performed, the city still is not removing the property from the SWOF list despite what I sent them that included certificates of occupancies. If I decide to proceed with a structural evaluation of the property in order to submit Form-063 to the city, would your firm be able to perform such an evaluation?
