Structural Evaluation
I've received a notice from the City of Long Beach that the property falls into the category of Soft, Weak, or Open-front (SWOF) wall line. However, even though I had two earthquake upgrades performed, the city still is not removing the property from the SWOF list despite what I sent them that included certificates of occupancies. If I decide to proceed with a structural evaluation of the property in order to submit Form-063 to the city, would your firm be able to perform such an evaluation? What would the cost be, and when would you be available to perform the evaluation? I'm not available until after 11/6 to communcate with anyone.
