Septic Tank Replacement
I live in Long Valley. I will need to have a new septic tank.
Attached is a two-bedroom and a three-bedroom design. Because it was a grandfather that this house had three bedrooms from the get-go... but I made it a two-bedroom house. The town is allowing it to have a 3-bedroom septic. The buyer is willing to pay the difference between the two and three; it is not more than $5,000.
