Whole Home Remodel
Turning a portion of a 2500 square foot 1938 home into an apartment. Need a door moved from side to front of house and a pass through doorway from utility to back portion of house where there is currently a closet. Also a wall constructed between hallway and new bedroom area and creating a wet room area to drop coats and shoes. All at ground level with concrete floors.
Secondary bid would be removing an existing window and putting in a smaller window to accommodate a shower added to a tub.
Third bid would be to add a patio door and steps from dining room to backyard.
