Phase 1: Whole Home Remodel
It's NOT a whole house remodel. We'd like to reconfigure part of the house, an area of 800 sqft, taking down pretty much all walls and build kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, dining area, and a living room. We'd also like to build a deck outside.
