This is an insurance claim project due to damage the power mast has been subject to by the improper installation of telecommunication cables by Frontier Communication and predecessor entities. Claim 9510202417. Zurich American Insurance Company. Scope of Work: Examine the existing mast and submit a proposal for it, its bracing, and new bracing to counteract the loads that lead to the failure of the existing mast. The existing electrical services are 100 amps each. I believe the current requirements are greater. Obtain a Building Permit from the Town of Los Gatos and Coordinate installation of new mast with all Utilities, PG&E, Frontier Communications, Xfinity, and the tenants occupying the building.
