the overall coating was done a few years ago but we have 3 - 6 separate areas that need to be repaired or redone, plus one back deck for one of the units. it's not a huge project for the complex, and not yet ready for the entire walkway system to be done, but it's very important to us, to minimize spread of lifted coating before we do another overhaul.
