Scope includes:
Finishing an epoxy floor for a 9x13 ft garden shed (drywall, paint, baseboards, ventilation, and door hardware).
Minor exterior stucco repair and detailed painting around the shed and patio column.
Hallway mirror mounting with custom decorative frame.
Interior drywall patching and texture (bathroom).
Installation of two motion-sensor floodlights and resolution of a built-in appliance electrical issue.
Optional: Outdoor window tinting and motorized shade installation on select south- and west-facing windows.
