I have a fire door in the common halls of my apartment building on the east side of Madison. The door is sagging and does not close properly. The fire inspector is ordering us to fix this. Since the hinges are pulling away from the door edge, the door and possibly the frame too will need to be replaced. The door itself without the frame is 35-3/4" wide x 79-1/4" tall.
