Basement Finishing and Remodel
I would like a contractor to come with me to view this house, which is new construction built in 2024. I’m interested in buying but my major concern is that its located on protected wetlands so I have limited use of the backyard for buildable structures on the property. There is an unfinished walkout basement and I have a vision of how I would like to convert that to outdoor usable space. I have attached a picture of the current basement and a picture of what I would like to create. The outdoor fireplace would be outside at the edge of my buildable space in the yard.
