Drywall and Carpentry Work
Two hidden windows were uncovered and need new sheetrock walls built around them. The windows will be provided by Skyline Windows.
Scope of work:
Build two sheetrock walls (currently open space):
Wall 1: 3.5' x 9.2'
Connecting sections: 3.2' x 9.2' and 2.10' x 9.2'
Resize one cabinet
Trim four wood coverings to fit new PTAC units
Patch six to seven 2x2 sheetrock openings from previous wall and ceiling work
Install a self-closing hinge on the front door
