Water Proofing Work
• At cracked or opened joints between sealant and waterproofing membrane, clean the surfaces thoroughly. Then, prime the area and apply Dowsil 790 or 791 at the noted locations.
• At the bottom of the South wall adjacent to the parking deck, clean the surface area thoroughly and finish applying the waterproofing interface. Install a new base flashing across the noted location.
• At the East facade, efflorescence appears on the precast concrete panel. This could be caused by the water reaching through from the terrace deck side. Base flashing should be examined to check for continuity and to ensure the flashing extends up to the side of the wall by at least 8” from the floor.
