I am reaching out to invite your firm to submit a bid for my home adaptation project, which is being completed under the VA Specially Adapted Housing (SAH) Grant program. This work is deeply important to me, and I appreciate the time and expertise you bring in considering this opportunity.
The project has been designed to ensure safety, accessibility, and independence, while keeping the home warm and residential in character. The adaptations fall into five primary areas:
