My client hired a contractor to remodel his home to get it ready to sell. They ended up not being able to do the work in the agreed-upon time. The demo is mostly complete. The upstairs will need the flooring to be completed, the bathrooms painted, doors rehung, a new counter, the island needs to be wired, new wired smoke alarms, and some new light fixtures installed. The bathtubs will need to be resurfaced or made to look nicer. The lower level is partially finished. It will need flooring, mudding, taping, painting, a new door installed in the bathroom, a shower in the bathroom, and a wet bar installed where the wet bar sink plumbing already exists. and a few other small things.
