replace outside deck
Hi Dan: This is Mario. Sorry I do not have your email or phone but would like to chat about our deck. The stairs are creaking and feel like they are going to break; floor boards are also weak. We are talking nothing fancy here -just replacing the existing structure with treated wood. Very flexible on schedule. Thinking Spring, 2025. Wanted to give you the right of first refusal.
