This home our father built when we were born. We lost him suddenly before we were able to redo the siding last summer that was needing to be refinished and painted with an added metal wainscot to protect the bottom portion from winter snowpacks. We also were told nails are coming up, but underneath is still sound and dry; however, the roof needs to be resecured with better screws, but all should be done after siding, of course. Please let me know if this is something you can assist with. Thank you!
