Renovate Indoor Pool Room
I am looking to hire a GC or CM to renovate our indoor pool room. I know we need better insulation, better doors and windows, better circulation so it is a year-round relaxing, comfortable space. We almost have unused space between the pool room and our patio. It looks weird, and there has to be better usage connecting three areas (pool room, garden, and patio). I am hoping one side of it can be somehow renovated for patio and garden storage, and the other side could be a small greenhouse.
