Electrical Work
1. I am interested in buying an electric car- I have not purchased this yet.
2. I would like it to charge it in the carport assigned to my unit #5 in a 6 unit building. Property management is saying that I will have to pay for installation of electric capabilities that are specific for my unit in order for this to happen. Relatedly, apartment #4, whose tenant has recently left, was charging a Tesla in his carport. There is a breaker box in his carport and it also utilizes a different plug, or a more updated one, than the standard one I have. See attached pictures. I believe that the management was making an exception allowing him to be the only one to charge here. I am a little bit unsure of how the electricity is distributed in this 6 unit building.
