Restaurant Floor Renovation
Looking to demo existing tiles. Interested in a grind and seal to bring out the natural beauty of the concrete. Topcoat: I would prefer a high-performance polyaspartic topcoat for its durability and fast cure time (or a commercial polyurethane if that fits the budget better). Please let me know which chemical sealer you standardly use.
Finish: I want a smooth, industrial concrete look but in a satin or matte finish with an anti-slip aggregate mixed in so the floor isn't slick when wet.
Tile Imperfections: I want the thicker build of a grind-and-seal topcoat to help hide any "ghosting" or grid line texturing left behind by the old tile.
