Topcoat: I would prefer a high-performance polyaspartic topcoat for its durability and fast cure time (or a commercial polyurethane if that fits the budget better). Please let me know which chemical sealer you standardly use. Finish: I want a smooth, industrial concrete look but in a satin or matte finish with an anti-slip aggregate mixed in so the floor isn't slick when wet.
