After withdrawing due to being non-profitable, the council has now allowed development site plans in the town’s business district alley in block 11 and next to the “church” alley with additional sq. Footage to the owners properties in the town’s easements and right-of-ways parking in the business district?
With your help as an architect, we would like to reapply with the “new” set of laws to developers and drawings, so our project will now become profitable as well?
