Install impact slider doors and windows and convert balcony enclosure to original state This is a condo project & contractor must come to my 5th floor unit to take measurements. Install 3 impact door sliders OXO with screen in X door. Install 2 impact windows in 1 opening in bedroom. Convert enclosed balcony to open balcony. Remove windows on balcony walls & demo hardwood floor, open drains, make sure floor slants & waterproof floor. I'm available so contractors can see & measure this week. Re-do both bathrooms. Floorings was already replaces to vinyl so would only need to update a portion but would need to remove the tubs and replace with walk-in showers, replace toilets and vanity. I'm looking to remodel both of my bathrooms, not looking to do any major takedown of walls or plumbing but I am looking to replace the tubs with walk in showers made in tiles and glass, replace toilets and vanity. Need bathroom update. I would have to pull an OTC permit signed by a plumbing contractor in Miami Beach. Need vanity, mirror. Toilet and shower doors and track changed. Already have most of it sitting in the apartment. It would be great if someone could return shower tub; there were too many holes from city of permitting, architecture, plans, etc. Want to get those done carefully but asap. We need soffits and fascia outside to be watertight and the wood replaced where there is water damage. Install aluminum gutters and downspouts that move water away from the house. Build freestanding, pressure-treated walls outside to create privacy. Replace the back gate and repair missing and rotten wood on the fence. Build a small wood gate in the front yard. We need a new bathroom ceiling, a new look for the shower (thinking of an elegant glass door or finish), and a new mirror. The costs are negotiable.
