Concrete
Demo and replace existing 1,300 sq ft floor slab
Pour new foundation and slab for the building extension (total finished building size will be 2,660 sq ft)
Form and pour footings for new steps at the back of the building
Courtyard flatwork (~2,400 sq ft), including decorative turf patterns in the concrete (e.g., turf diamonds)
Form and pour cascading steps in the courtyard area
All necessary excavation, forming, rebar, prep, and finishing
Masonry
Block wall extension for the new building addition
Construct two masonry arch walls (location per plans)
All related masonry work to complete the extension from 1,300 to 2,660 sq ft
