Electrical Work
We are taking out the floors and walls in the kitchen, laundry room and redoing the wiring and the plumbing in that end of the house will be open. Plan may need a new circuit breakers and or box. Hopefully not too expensive. Some plugs might be moved and the range oven may be in a different spot. Getting a new water heater that is tankless that will be installed and then we'll need to be hooked up. If you're interested, please reach out. Thank you!
