Sewer Hookup and Septic Tanks Abandonment
Mine Hill Township has installed the sewer lines and is now ready for homeowner hookups. My project involves cutting ~50 ft of asphalt, tying into the existing sewage line, and running ~80 ft (total) of PVC to the street (straight shot across). Compact soil and backfill. Driveway repairs are not required; just make it flush with the top. Pump and backfill septic tanks (both the solid and liquid sides) to abandon them in place. Pass all inspections IAW Mine Hill Laws and Regulations.
