Attic Dormer Expansion & Exterior Updates
Overview: Expanding the west-side attic dormer to increase headroom for the stairs and improve natural light with updated windows.
Scope of Work:
Rebuild the west dormer, increasing width from 5’ to 8’-10’ and raising the height from 8’ to 10’, aligning with the roofline (11’ peak).
Install larger east and west windows (6’ W x 5’ H), requiring possible framing modifications and siding replacement.
Consider replacing north and south windows for additional light.
Remove built-in gutters and replace all fascia and soffits with aluminum wrap.
Replace siding on third-floor gables.
