Upgrade the electrical panel from 150 to 200 amps. Kitchen lighting: add under-cabinet lighting. Install LED disk lights in the ceiling. Move the kitchen chandelier light so that it is centered above the kitchen table. I am available this week to speak with contractors. Not available Monday afternoon or Thursday afternoon this week.
