1-1/2 story single family home in Roeland Park KS, needs roof replacement, but I also want to add a second story bathroom by bumping out with a mansard roof or similar. This is phase 1 of a possible multi-phase project that could add an attached 2 story addition and garage. There would be more budget for future work.
